Billing Policies

All Services will be charged to you at the rates provided to you during your initial set-up. We reserve the right to change our rates for services at anytime. If your account is deactivated we make no promises your existing deactivated username will be available to you again due to the nature of our realm management system.

All invoices are due upon receipt. All accounts not paid in full prior to the 1st of the Service Month are subject to Deactivation and a $9.00 Late Charge / Re-Activation Fee. Accounts will not be Re-Activated until Payment in Full is made.

If your payment by Check, Credit Card, or Direct Withdraw is returned unpaid or declined you will immediately be deemed in default and subject to Deactivation and a $9.00 Late Charge / Re-Activation Fee and a NSF returned check charge of $25.00.

Such service interruption will not relieve you from the obligation to pay any hourly, monthly, quarterly or annual account charges owed. If you default, you agree to pay reasonable expenses, including attorneys and collection agency fees incurred in enforcing our rights.

Any billing disputes regarding your bill must be reported to our accounting department within 5 days of the original bill date. All charges are presumed correct and will not be adjusted after this time. All invoices are due upon receipt.

How to Cancel Your Account

There are two ways to Cancel Your Account.

You can access our Company Web Site at www.richpoor.net and "Click" on Left Menu Selection "Cancel Account" and Submit a Cancel Account Form. Please fill out completely and Print the Confirmation Page which is date stamped for proof of Cancellation.
You can drop by or mail a Letter stating your desire to cancel your account. No phone cancellation messages accepted - please use method one or two to cancel your account with us - Both methods provide Legal Documents of Cancellation. All Account Cancellations must be made and received prior to the 1st of the Next Service Month to avoid being billed for the Next Service Month.

We Reserve the Right to Cancel Your Account

We reserve the right to cancel Service for any reason without prior notice. In the event that a user's service is cancelled for a reason outside of this Terms of Service Agreement, we will refund the user the unused portion of that month's service at the time of cancellation.
